Day 03: Your favorite new show that started in 2010
Rizzoli and Isles
Anyone that knows me won't be shocked by this AT ALL. I love this show. I would make out with show if it was possible. Of course, I would also make out with my future wife, Sasha Alexander (aka Maura Isles).
I'll be honest- the plots are only average. I do love the characters though- and the season long villain of The Surgeon was pretty damn creepy. But the REAL reason I love this show so much? The very very very very lesbian subtext that runs RAMPANT through this show. I can't even begin to describe it. In fact, if you really want to know- go read Dorothy Snarker's Recaps over at Afterellen.com. The show was only a short 10 episodes, but has been renewed for a 2nd season. And it may just be the #1 slot on my Tivo. Seriously. Go watch it.

I'm happy that you found a new series to dig into though... is there a non-procedural that you watch in your current lineup?
Awesome show! But you're right...only average plots...but I did LOVE the episode with the Boston Marathon.
They all know we're really tuning in to see the dynamics of their relationship anyway. Crime fighting's just a side business lol
